Celebrate Christmas eve in Abisko under the northern lights with us at Abisko Guesthouse

We celebrate Christmas Eve in Abisko by barbequing local Sami food together while we wait for Aurora to appear. The dinner is with meat, but if you want vegetarian options please let the reception know if you would like one. Throughout the evening there will be hot local drinks available (bring your own alcohol if you so desire!). Experiencing the moment when you sitting beside the fire and look out with a view over the lake with glittering water. That’s a fantastic moment to share with your friends and family.
Once we have eaten, our guides will drive us all up to a great place to hopefully see northern lights and if we behave well maybe Santa Claus will stop by for a chat 🙂
After we finish the celebration, we will head back to the Guesthouse.
