Here, you’ll gather around a large, open fire where our skilled chefs will cook traditional dishes in a massive pan at the center of the room. Not only does this create a delicious meal, but it also adds an authentic touch to the evening as you watch the food come together over the flames. Moreover, if you have dietary preferences, we’ve got you covered – simply let our reception know in advance if you’d like a vegetarian option.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll offer hot local drinks to keep you warm and cozy. Additionally, if you’d like something stronger, feel free to bring your own alcohol to enhance the festivities. For an added treat, a complimentary midnight drink will be provided, allowing us to toast the New Year as we count down to midnight together.

Once the meal is complete, our expert guides will drive everyone to a stunning viewpoint. Here, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the night sky – perfect for watching the fireworks display and, with some luck, the magical northern lights overhead.
