Being then dry sauna 70° to 100° Celsius or 158° to 212° Fahrenheit and steam saunas on average 32° to 49° Celsius or 90° to 120° Fahrenheit. Very commonly during wintertime, people run outdoors for either ice swimming or jump into the snow and go back inside to increase the blood flow faster.
Numerous are the benefits of this ancient therapy, like for example, decreases the pain and recoveres from muscular and joint damage, improves cardiovascular health, relief from some asthma symptoms or skin problem. And after all, induces parasympathetic state, what reduces stress and makes you feel very calm and happy.
